LEUCINE X 2 (50%) - It's the perfect amount of one of the essential amino acid powerhouses to help induce muscle growth. Leucine not only has the capacity to stimulate muscle protein synthesis, it has been suggested to slow muscle damage after intense training by increasing the synthesis of muscle proteins.
ISOLEUCINE X 1 (25%) - Isoleucine is used as fuel by the muscle cells during intense workouts.
