I’ve been a big fan of tuff supps for years. As a female masters athlete their protein products provide a quick and easy way to maintain muscle and improve recovery from workouts. I love that tuff supps provides high quality protein without all the unnecessary additives, preservatives and fillers. The flavours are delicious and so easy to add to everyday foods like oats, yogurt, iced coffee, smoothies, clean treats and deserts. And when you’re short on time, just add water.
