We know that you love our products as much as us and that getting your order to you as quick as possible is important. At Tuff Supps we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your products.

  • FREE standard shipping for orders of $99 or more
  • $10 flat rate standard shipping for orders under $99
  • $15 flat rate express shipping for orders under $99

Dispatch

  • Your Tuff Supps order is packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.*
  • You will be notified by email and your tracking number will be supplied.
  • If you have downloaded it already, your tracking details will automatically be sent to the Australia Post App.
  • Both courier services and Australia Post are used as shipping providers

Tracking My Order

The best way to track and manage your order is with the AusPost app or through the dedicated courier website and tracking number. AusPost shipment - Simply download the app and log in with the same email address you use when purchasing from us - your order will be automatically added to the app for tracking. You can also receive updates about the delivery via the app, and you'll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.

Delivery

You should expect your Tuff Supps delivery in 5-7 business days depending on your state. Express shipping orders are expected to be delivered in 2 to 4 days depending on location. 

Please note: Peak business periods can cause shipping delays. If you have concerns with your delivery, please refer to the Australia Post App and/or reach out to our Customer Experience Team if you have any further questions.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to New Zealand only at this stage.
  • International shipping costs will vary weight. International shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier's website.
  • You should expect your delivery in 5-10 business days of ordering.
  • International customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country.
  • Please refer to your government's website regarding this matter to know what your final charges will be.
