Dispatch

Your Tuff Supps order is packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.*

You will be notified by email and your tracking number will be supplied.

If you have downloaded it already, your tracking details will automatically be sent to the Australia Post App.

Tracking My Order

The best way to track and manage your order is with the AusPost app. Simply download the app and log in with the same email address you use when purchasing from us - your order will be automatically added to the app for tracking. You can also receive updates about the delivery via the app, and you'll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.

Delivery

You should expect your True delivery in 5-7 business days depending on your state.

Please note: Peak business periods can cause shipping delays. If you have concerns with your delivery, please refer to the Australia Post App and/or reach out to our Customer Experience Team if you have any further questions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand only at this stage.

International shipping costs will vary weight. International shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier's website.

You should expect your delivery in 5-10 business days of ordering.

International customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country.

Please refer to your government's website regarding this matter to know what your final charges will be.

Flavour Backed Guarantee

If you find that you have ordered a product of which you do not like the taste/texture or have an adverse reaction to, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You must send the product back to us at your own expense within 30 days of receiving it.

To lodge a return, please contact us at sales@tuffsupps.com.au and tell us about the problem you are experiencing. Our team will respond with the next steps. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we can arrange a full refund of the purchase price. .

Important Note on our Flavour Backed Guarantee

The following policy applies only to products purchased online through the Tuff Supps website. For products purchased through gyms or other affiliates, you will need to contact the seller from whom you purchased.

We want you to be happy with your experience at Tuff Supps and aim to make the returns process as seamless as possible. When you receive your order, please ensure you check that the goods received match your order before opening products.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

We apologise if you have received an incorrect order or haven't received your order. This is a large inconvenience and we will do our bets to resolve this for you as quick as we can.

Defective or Faulty Goods

We apologise if you have received an item that is faulty or has been damaged in the post.. This can be frustrating and we will attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at sales@tuffsupps.com.au, detail what the fault/defect is and if possible include photos. Our team will advise you on next steps.

Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund. We will supply you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Please note: All defective or faulty goods returns must be within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important information

Any returns must be received by us within 14 days of the claim being made. Replacement product(s) will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by us unless stated otherwise by our Customer Experience Team.

Refunds for returns and/or exchanges will be processed by Tuff Supps as soon as possible after receiving the item at our warehouse.

For items that do not require return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to be credited by the bank into customer accounts. The refund will automatically be issued to the account by which the customer originally paid.
